SBS Transit Feeder Service 803 is a feeder bus service that serves residents along Yishun Avenue 9, Yishun Ring Road, Yishun Street 31, and Yishun Avenue 6. It connects residential blocks, schools, and public amenities in Yishun Neighbourhoods 2 and 3 to Yishun Town Centre. This service enhances connectivity for residents living in then newly-developed public housing developments such as Yishun Greenwalk and Yishun Riverwalk.

It is the 21^th bus service to benefit from the Land Transport Authority’s (LTA) Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP) (20^th bus service introduced under the programme).
