SBS Transit Bus Service 195 is a inter-town service connecting the the central areas of Downtown Core and River Valley to the residential estates in Bukit Merah and Queenstown. It is a heavily utilised service by residents as it directly links residential neighbourhoods in the Telok Blangah subzone to

EW17

Tiong Bahru

and

EW19

Queenstown

. In addition, this service also serves key amenities and entertainment facilities in the central areas with a unique sector via Great World City.

Service 195 is one of the only two remaining services alongside Service 961 that still passes by the Old City Hall Building after major pedestrianisation works that concluded in the early 2020s. During special events in the Downtown Core, this service will be affected by road closures and will be temporarily diverted to start and terminate at Kampong Bahru Terminal, skipping City Hall and Marina Centre.
