Bus Service 35 is a trunk route serving the Ferry Terminal, and industries at Changi South, Changi East and Airport Logistics Park of Singapore (ALPS). It also passes by Changi Naval Base, providing bus connections to EW4CGTanah Merah station and Bedok Town Centre / MRT Station / Bus Interchange.

This service is extended under the Land Transport Authority’s (LTA) Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP).
