SMRT Buses Bus Service 973 is an inter-town service linking the residential estates of Bukit Panjang and Hillview (Bukit Batok subzone). It provides an additional transport option for residents to access the Downtown Line via Hillview and Hume stations.

Operating hours are extended on the eves of public holidays to align with the last train at Bukit Panjang station. Revised timing will be announced closer to the respective dates by the operator.
