The new route also benefited 3 schools in the developing estate, namely Holy Innocents’ High, Serangoon Secondary School and CHIJ (Our Lady of the Nativity).

This service is introduced under the Land Transport Authority’s (LTA) Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP).
