SBS Transit Bus Service 161 is an inter-town route linking the residential estates of Hougang, Sengkang, and Woodlands via the Tampines Expressway (TPE) and Seletar Expressway (SLE). It offers the fastest connection between Sengkang and Woodlands, outperforming the MRT and Bus Service 965.
