SBS Transit Feeder Service 812 is a feeder bus service that serves residents along Yishun Central, Yishun Street 61, Yishun Avenue 4, Yishun Avenue 2, Yishun Ring Road, and Yishun Avenue 3. It connects residential blocks, schools, and public amenities in Yishun Neighbourhood 6 in the east loop, and Yishun Neighbourhoods 1 and 7 in the west loop to Yishun Town Centre.

Formerly known as Intra-Town Service 812 under SMRT Buses and subsequently Townlink Service 812, the Townlink branding was discontinued in August 2018 as part of a standardisation exercise by the Land Transport Authority. The terminating trips of Service 812 were also renumbered from 812E to 812T during this period.

On the eves of public holidays, operating hours are extended to align with the last train at NS13Yishun. Revised timing will be announced by the operator closer to the respective dates.
