SBS Transit Bus Service 121 is an inter-town route linking residential areas of Bukit Merah to central areas of Outram and Downtown Core. It connects residential blocks, schools, and public amenities in Everton Park, Bukit Ho Swee, Tiong Bahru, Telok Blangah Way, and Telok Blangah Rise to Outram Park, Havelock, and Tiong Bahru stations.

This service is the 24th bus service introduced under the Land Transport Authority’s (LTA) Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP).

This service serves Shenton Way in both directions (towards Telok Blangah Rise and towards Shenton Way Terminal). Commuters are to check the bus display signages or complementary coloured information plates before boarding.
