SBS Transit Bus Service 115 is a residential bus service that operates within the Lorong Ah Soo subzone, Hougang. It connects residents along Hougang Avenue 1, Hougang Avenue 3, and Upper Serangoon Road to
NE13
station. It is the only service that starts and ends at Kovan Hub, previously known as Hougang South Bus Interchange.
Initially introduced as part of a six-month trial in 2004, this service remains operational despite relatively low demand. However, additional buses were added under the Bus Services Enhancement Programme (BSEP) between 2012 and 2017 to reduce waiting times for commuters.
