SMRT Buses Bus Service 75 is an inter-town bus service that connects the residential estates of Bukit Panjang, Bukit Timah, and Bukit Merah via Tanglin. This service experiences high demand during peak hours as it serves several educational institutions, such as Ngee Ann Polytechnic and the Singapore University of Social Sciences.

Prior to 17 December 2023, the service operated between Gali Batu Terminal and Marina Centre Terminal via Outram Road, Cantonment Road, Anson Road, and Shenton Way. This segment was subsequently covered by Service 121 as part of the Thomson–East Coast Line Bus Rationalisation.
