SBS Transit Bus Service 120 is a residential route within Bukit Merah that serves residents along Jalan Bukit Merah, Tiong Bahru Road, Alexandra Road, and Telok Blangah Heights. It connects residential blocks, schools, and public amenities in Kampong Tiong Bahru, Henderson Hill, and Telok Blangah Drive to Redhill and Telok Blangah stations.

This service is the 9^th bus service introduced under the Land Transport Authority’s (LTA) Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP).
