	From Sunday, 14 November 2024 to 31 October 2025, Train services on the Bukit Panjang LRT will end an hour earlier at 22:30 every Thursday to Sunday (except Public Holidays). This is to facilitate the upgrading of the BPLRT signalling system, as well as the testing of the new and retrofitted Light Rail Vehicles (LRVs) on the BPLRT network. Please refer here for more information. From Sunday, 26 January 2025, two bus stops along Thomson Road will be merged and relocated to facilitate works for the North South Corridor. Bus Service 65 is a trunk route linking Tampines to HarbourFront, serving a wide range of residential and commercial areas. Its route provides access to housing estates around Bedok Reservoir, MacPherson, Bendemeer, and Lower Delta, while also connecting commuters to key city destinations including Little India, Jalan Besar, Rochor, Bencoolen, Dhoby Ghaut, Orchard, and HarbourFront.

Despite considerable overlap with the Downtown Line Stage 3, Service 65 remains popular. Commuters value the one-seat journey it offers, especially for inter-town and city-town trips, which eliminate the need for transfers. The service is favored by those traveling to destinations not directly served by Downtown Line Stage 3, and serves as a crucial backup bnus route during rail disruptions affecting the Downtown Line Stage 3.
