SBS Transit Bus Service 39 is an inter-town route linking the residential estates of Tampines East, Pasir Ris, Punggol, and Yishun via the Tampines Expressway (TPE) and Seletar Expressway (SLE).

Short-Trip Service 39A supplements the residential demand from Pasir Ris station to Seletar during weekday peak hours. It terminates at Jln Kayu (Aft Seletar Camp G).

Short-Trip Service 39B supplements the residential demand from Punggol to Pasir Ris station during weekday morning peak hours. It terminates at Pasir Ris Ctrl (Pasir Ris Stn Exit B).
