SBS Transit Feeder Service 324 provides residents at Upper Serangoon Crescent and Upper Serangoon View with greater connectivity to NE14Hougang station and Hougang Central Bus Interchange, along with other amenities in the neighborhood. The new route also benefited 3 schools in the developing estate, namely Holy Innocents’ High, Serangoon Secondary School and CHIJ (Our Lady of the Nativity).

This service is the 40^th bus service introduced under the Land Transport Authority’s (LTA) Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP).
