Go-Ahead Express Bus Service 43e is a Limited-stop Express Bus Service which offers quicker journeys for commuters at Punggol, Sengkang and Buangkok, linking them with the Paya Lebar, Tanjong Katong and Marine Parade areas. Operating in one direction during Weekdays Peak Hours only, it only calls at selected bus stops served by its parent Bus Service 43, and charges Express Fares as a result.
Originally launched with an express sector along Buangkok Drive, Buangkok East Drive, Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE) and Airport Road in both directions between Buangkok and MacPherson, the service was enhanced from 27 May 2024 by serving 14 additional bus stops along Buangkok Drive and Airport Road.
If the eves of Christmas, New Year’s Day, and Chinese New Year fall on a weekday, the Evening Peak departures will be brought forward to the afternoon. Revised departure times will be provided by the operator closer to the affected date.
