Go-Ahead Bus Service 382G and Go-Ahead Bus Service 382W are feeder services of Punggol that serve residents along Punggol Field, Sumang Lane, and Sumang Walk. They connect residential blocks, schools, and public amenities in Punggol Neighbourhoods 2 and 3. The services ply a unique route around Punggol Field, Sumang Crescent, Sumang Lane and Sumang Walk. They complement Services 84G and 84W along Sentul Crescent.

This service is the 55^th bus service introduced under the Land Transport Authority’s (LTA) Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP).

Short-Trip Service 382A supplements the residential demand from Punggol Interchange to Sumang Crescent and Sumang Lane. Operating during weekday evening peak hours, it terminates at Sumang Lane (Blk 226A).
