	From Sunday, 14 November 2024 to 31 October 2025, Train services on the Bukit Panjang LRT will end an hour earlier at 22:30 every Thursday to Sunday (except Public Holidays). This is to facilitate the upgrading of the BPLRT signalling system, as well as the testing of the new and retrofitted Light Rail Vehicles (LRVs) on the BPLRT network. Please refer here for more information. Train services will be extended on the on the eve of Labour Day, 30 April 2025 (Wednesday). Go-Ahead Bus Service 118 is an inter-town service linking the residential estates of Punggol, Tampines West and the industrial park of Changi Business Park.

This service is the 52^nd bus service introduced under the Land Transport Authority’s (LTA) Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP).

Due to its direct and straightforward route to Temasek Polytechnic, Changi General Hospital, ITE College East and Singapore Expo, it is met with high demand during weekday peak hours, with Short-Trips 118A and 118B introduced to supplement student and worker demand.
