Go-Ahead Feeder Service 386 is a feeder bus route that serves residents along Punggol Central, Edgefield Plains, and Edgedale Plains. It connects residential blocks, schools, and public amenities in Punggol Neighbourhoods 1 and 6 to Punggol Town Centre. This service complements the developments along the East loop of the Punggol LRT, mainly Coral Edge, Riviera, and Oasis stations.

This service is the 30^th bus service introduced under the Land Transport Authority’s (LTA) Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP). It is also the 37^th bus service introduced under the programme, as a route extension from Edgefield Plains to Punggol Central.

Operating hours are extended on the eves of public holidays to align with the last train at Punggol station. Revised timing will be announced closer to the respective dates by the operator.

On weekdays, Short-Trip Service 386A supplements the residential demand from Punggol Interchange to Edgedale Plains during the evening peak period.
