SBS Transit Bus Service 99 connects the areas from Clementi to Joo Koon via the housing estates around Jurong East and Jurong West. It serves a unique route around Jurong West as it goes through Jurong West Streets 72, 91 & 93. It is also the only service to serve Jurong West Street 93. This bus service is also the only bus service not operated by the anchor operator of Joo Koon Bus Interchange (SMRT Buses), but it is the only bidirectional bus service originating from Joo Koon Bus Interchange as all other bus services originating from Joo Koon Bus Interchange are loop services.
