SBS Transit Bus Service 4 is an inter-town route linking Flora Road and Changi North Way to the Tampines Town Centre. It enhances connectivity for workers in the northern half of Changi North Industrial estate and the private residences along Tanah Merah Besar Road.

This service is introduced under the Land Transport Authority’s (LTA) Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP).
