SBS Transit Bus Service 4 is an inter-town bus route that connects the residential estates of Tampines and Flora Drive (Pasir Ris subzone), and the Changi North industrial estate.

This service is the 6th bus service introduced under the Land Transport Authority’s (LTA) Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP).
