SBS Transit Bus Service 23 is an inter-town service linking the residential estates of connects the housing estate of Tampines, Bedok North (Bedok subzone), and Kallang. It provides a quicker connections between Jalan Kolam Ayer and Bedok North Road by plying the Pan Island Expressway (PIE).

This service is frequently used by residents of Tampines East and students of Temasek Polytechnic travelling between Tampines Avenue 1 and Tampines Interchange.
