Go-Ahead Bus Service 62 is an inter-town trunk route linking Punggol, Sengkang, Hougang and Lorong Ah Soo with Aljunied and Sims Avenue. By linking up residential estates with various MRT stations, major roads and industrial areas near Aljunied, this service encounters high demand during peak hours. It is currently the only service to loop at Sims Ave, via Lorong 1 Geylang without calling at the terminal.

Go-Ahead Short-Trip Service 62A operates during the Weekday evening peak hours. It mainly supplements the high demand for Bus Service 62 from inter-town commuters, connecting residential estates of Punggol, Sengkang, Hougang, Upper Serangoon, Lorong Ah Soo and MacPherson.
