SBS Transit Bus Service 27 is an inter-town service linking the residential estates of Hougang, Sengkang, and Tampines to Changi Airport.

Services 110 and 858 offer commuters at Sengkang (at the Tampines Expressway (TPE) bus stop) a faster alternative to the airport, while Service 27 provides commuters in Tampines with quicker alternative to the airport compared to Service 34.

During weekday morning peak hours, Short-Trip 27A supplements high demand between Sengkang and Tampines, with special departures operating in the reverse direction during evening peak hours.
