Tower Transit
  • From Monday, 24 March 2025, supplementary bus service 861M will be introduced to complement existing travel options to Wellington Primary School. It will operate from Canberra Way, terminating at Sembawang Bus Interchange. This service will operate two trips during the morning peak period on weekdays during school term only. Tower Transit Bus Service 861 is an inter-town bus service linking the residential subzones of Sembawang East, Northland, Yishun East, Lower Seletar, Yishun South to MRT stations along the North–South Line.

It is the 2nd bus service to benefit from the Land Transport Authority’s (LTA) Bus Connectivity Enhancement Programme (BCEP), and is the 1st bus service introduced under the programme.
