Tower Transit Bus Service 169 is an inter-town route serving the residential areas of Woodlands, Sembawang, Yishun and Ang Mo Kio and industrial estates of Senoko and Tagore. It is frequented by students of Republic Polytechnic (RP) to and from Woodlands Interchange, as well as foreign workers commuting to and from their dormitories. This service complements Service 860 between Yishun and Tagore.

Short-Trip Service 169A supplements demand along the sector of Woodlands, RP, Woodlands Industrial Park, Canberra, and Yishun. It operates during weekday morning peak hours, terminating at Yishun Avenue 2 (Opp Yishun Stn).

Short-Trip Service 169B supplements demand from Woodlands station to RP and Woodlands Industrial Park. It terminates at Woodlands Ave 8 (Bef W’lands Ind Pk E3).
