!	From 14 November 2024 to 31 October 2025, train services on the Bukit Panjang LRT will end an hour earlier at 10.30pm every Thursday to Sunday (except Public Holidays). Tower Transit Bus Service 966 is an inter-town service linking the residential estates of Woodlands, Bukit Panjang, and Marine Parade via Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE) and Pan Island Expressway (PIE). It provides a faster journey for commuters travelling between the residential estates.

It is one of the two services to loop at the Marine Parade Road roundabout, with the other being Service 15, and is the 2^nd longest bus route in Singapore.

Buses departing Woodlands Interchange after 2230 hours terminate at Marine Parade instead of looping back to Woodlands Interchange. These trips were not indicated until the introduction of the “A” suffix (Short-Trip 966A) in April 2021.
