Tower Transit City Direct Service 670 provides residents of Northland subzone (Yishun) and Yishun West subzone (Yishun), who rely on the rail network and feeder buses, with a direct travel alternative to the Central Business District (CBD). This service incorporates an express sector between Yishun Avenue 2 and Central Business District via Lentor Avenue, Seletar Expressway (SLE), Central Expressway (CTE), Outram Road, and Cantonment Road.

This service is the 63^rd bus service introduced under the Land Transport Authority’s (LTA) Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP).

Evening peak-hour departures will be brought forward to the afternoon on the eves of Christmas, New Year, and Lunar New Year. Revised timing will be announced closer to the respective dates by the operator.
