Tower Transit Express Bus Service 963e is a peak hour limited-stop express route variant of Service 963, offering quicker journeys for the Bukit Panjang and Bukit Batok East residents, linking them to the educational institutions, industrial and office buildings along the Ayer Rajah Expressway corridor and Alexandra Road. It skips selected stops along its parent route while incorporating non-stop sectors along Upper Bukit Timah Road, Pan Island Expressway and Clementi Avenue 6.
