	From Sunday, 14 November 2024 to 31 October 2025, Train services on the Bukit Panjang LRT will end an hour earlier at 22:30 every Thursday to Sunday (except Public Holidays). This is to facilitate the upgrading of the BPLRT signalling system, as well as the testing of the new and retrofitted Light Rail Vehicles (LRVs) on the BPLRT network. Please refer here for more information. From Saturday, 12 April 2025, short-trip service 84A will be discontinued. Commuters can continue to take Service 84W as an alternative. From Sunday, 20 April 2025, following the opening of Woodleigh Integrated Transport Hub (ITH), bus service 146 will be amended to operate from Woodleigh ITH. With the route amendment, it will serve three additional bus stops along Bidadari Park Dr and one additional bus stop along Upper Serangoon Rd. bus service 148 will be introduced, operating from Woodleigh ITH and looping at Potong Pasir Ave 1, providing direct connections to the bus interchange and key amenities such as Woodleigh Mall, Woodleigh Village Hawker Centre, schools in Woodleigh and Potong Pasir and the upcoming Bidadari Polyclinic. From Sunday, 27 April 2025, Pasir Ris Bus Interchange will be relocated to the new Pasir Ris Integrated Transport Hub (ITH), which will be accessible via Pasir Ris Mall, Level 1. Bus Service 16M is a supplementary route of Service 16 that makes a slight detour by plying Jalan Bukit Merah (outside Bukit Merah Town Centre) before entering Bukit Merah Central, thus serving two additional pairs of bus stops. During its stipulated operating hours on Mondays to Saturdays (excluding Public Holidays) as outlined above, Service 16M operates on alternate trips with Service 16.

Apart from increasing accessibility to nearby community amenities (such as Bukit Merah Community Centre and Bukit Merah Polyclinic), the route gives upstream commuters the option to alight at Jalan Bukit Merah, offering easy transfer to many other bus services plying the Jalan Bukit Merah corridor.
