Tower Transit Bus Service 883 is an inter-town bus service that connects the residential estates of Sembawang and Yishun. Most of its route duplicates with bus services 117 and 117M, but serves a distinct residential blocks within the Sembawang East subzone (Sembawang).

It is the 67^th bus service to benefit from the Land Transport Authority’s (LTA) Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP) (80^th bus service introduced under the programme).
