Tower Transit Express Service 854e is a unidirectional express variant of Service 854 that connects the residential estates of Yishun, Hougang, and Bedok, as well as the industrial areas of Ubi and Kaki Bukit.

By utilising the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) to Bedok Interchange, this service offers a faster non-stop sector for commuters between Eunos Link and Bedok. Additionally, it uses the Seletar Expressway (SLE) to provide a faster alternative from Yishun to Hougang, skipping portions of Yio Chu Kang Road.

Formerly known as Express Service 854E, it was renumbered to a lowercase ‘e’ in August 2018 as part of a standardisation exercise by the Land Transport Authority.
