Tower Transit Bus Service 861 is an inter-town bus service linking the residential subzones of Sembawang East, Northland, Yishun East, Lower Seletar, Yishun South to MRT stations along the North–South Line.

It is the 2^nd bus service to benefit from the Land Transport Authority’s (LTA) Bus Connectivity Enhancement Programme (BCEP), and is the 1^st bus service introduced under the programme.
