Bus Service 963

	From Sunday, 14 November 2024 to 31 October 2025, Train services on the Bukit Panjang LRT will end an hour earlier at 22:30 every Thursday to Sunday (except Public Holidays). This is to facilitate the upgrading of the BPLRT signalling system, as well as the testing of the new and retrofitted Light Rail Vehicles (LRVs) on the BPLRT network. Tower Transit Bus Service 963 is an inter-town bus service that links the residential estates of Woodlands, Bukit Panjang, Hillview (Bukit Batok subzone) to HarbourFront. The route complements Service 97 between Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) and HarbourFront, Services 176 and 970 between Bukit Panjang and Hillview, and Services 187 and 966 between Woodlands and Bukit Panjang.
